  1. Thank you for the information. I have been storing onions for years in plastic. Is there any proof/studies that indicate: 1. that there is absorption? 2. That this absorption causes harm when the onion is consumed.
    I have seen so many “don’t do, don’t eat that I kind of feel like I want to ignore it all as it is becoming too much.
