THE EASIEST GLUTEN-FREE 3 INGREDIENT BREAD!!

3 ingredient gluten free bread

THIS IS THE EASIEST BREAD TO MAKE!!!

It’s gluten free, high protein and only 3 ingredients (…ok, 5 if you count the baking soda and salt…). I’ve always wanted to make my own bread because sometimes the packaged gluten-free bread can have some questionable ingredients, so I was so excited when I tried out this recipe and the bread was SO good. It’s a super quick and easy bread recipe to whip up and only takes about 30-35 minutes to bake, and then you have delicious, freshly baked bread for you and your family. Or just you, because you might not want to share it!

Who’s making this?? My husband suggested putting bananas in next time to make it a banana bread and I’m doing it! Leave a note in the comments if you have any good add-in ideas!

LET’S START:

INGREDIENTS:

– 2 cups almond flour
– 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
– 4 large eggs
– 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
– 1/4 teaspoon salt

STEPS:

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C). Grease a bread loaf pan or line it with parchment paper.

2. In one bowl, mix together the almond flour, baking soda, and salt.

3. In another bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt and eggs until well combined.

4. Gradually add the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients, mixing well to combine.

5. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top with a spatula.

6. Bake for about 30-35 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

7. Remove from the oven and let cool in the pan for 10 minutes. Then, remove the bread from the pan and allow it to cool completely on a wire rack.

8. Once cooled, slice the bread and serve.

  1. Best bread ever!! You may want to add small pieces of Greek Kalamata olives (that have been soaked in water and drained) before you cook the bread to make delicious olive bread!
