These Superfood Gluten Free skillet brownies are so good!! High fiber, no refined sugar (if you leave out the chocolate chips) and high in antioxidants and potassium. If you’re looking for a healthy brownie recipe, this is it. So easy to make and so delicious. 

Enjoy these superfood brownies any time of day! They make a perfect sweet treat for dessert that you don’t have to feel guilty about, or you can even have them for breakfast – think about, there’s just oats, banana, eggs and a handful of other healthy ingredients, it’s basically breakfast, so why not make it part of your morning meal!

LET’S START:

INGREDIENTS:

-3 ripe bananas
-1 3/4 cups gluten free rolled oats
-1/4 cup ground chia seeds
-1/4 cup cacao powder
-2 tsp vanilla extract
-1 cup milk of choice (I used Kiki Milk)
-2 eggs, 1 egg white
-Chocolate chips (optional) or any other toppings you want like nuts or dried fruit.

STEPS:

  1. Preheat oven to 350F. 
  2. Add everything but the chocolate chips to a blender.
  3. Transfer to a cake pan or cast iron skillet and bake for about 35 minutes.
  4. Let cool slightly before eating.
