Shipping fees are applied at checkout.
It is a flat rate of $9.25USD for all US orders.
Free shipping will be applied to orders made in Canada, only with the purchase of five or more rollers.
Paid shipping worldwide, flat rate of $55 to Australia, Europe and Asia.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Returns
Due to safety and hygiene purposes, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
Damaged Products
If a product arrives damaged, please contact us with the order number and photos of the damaged packaging/product. It is at the discretion of Madison Charles personnel to approve the damage claim and provide a replacement of the same item.
