Fudgesicles were my favorite growing up. I’m born in  Canada – do they call them fudgesicles here?? What was your go-to summer treat growing up??

Anyway, these were insanely good and this recipe is super easy to make. These vegan fudgesicles are high protein, zero refined sugar (sweetened with dates) and they whip up in less than 10 minutes. They’re so easy, gluten, dairy and refined sugar free. Your kids will love them and you won’t mind giving them this tasty treat because they’re pretty healthy!! Get ready for your new favorite popsicle.

Description

These vegan fudgesicles are high protein, gluten, dairy and refined sugar free and they whip up in less than 10 minutes.

Ingredients:

Cooking Mode Disabled

Optional coating

Steps:

  1. Combine all ingredients except for the chocolate, salt and coconut oil into a high powered blender. Blend until smooth.

  2. Pour chocolate mixture into molds and add sticks.

  3. Freeze for at least 30 minutes.

Note

  • Feel free to add additional toppings to the chocolate coating, like crushed nuts or a drizzle of white chocolate.
