The oils in this blend are the same as our original, with notes of vanilla, lavender, lime and cedar wood but instead of coconut oil, we have them blended with distilled water. The Sleepy spray can be sprayed on your body, pillow and as a room spray. I even spray some on my t shirt so I can smell it all night. I would use this one in conjunction with the roller, not as a replacement.
