Too much goodness in one bottle! Smells amazing and the consistency is incredible. It soaks into the skin leaving you glowing, but without a greasy feeling. Your skin is hydrated all day and looks better and better with continued use.

Smoked Salmon Sushi Bites with citrus soy sauce 🍣

Ever crave sushi but are too lazy to go get it? (I never instacart sushi ) This is what I do in those moments.

It’s not for everyone so dont yell at me in the comments! Is this a yess or pass for you?

8 ounces smoked salmon
- 1 tablespoon everything but the bagel seasoning
- 1 ripe avocado, thinly sliced
- 1/2 English cucumber, julienned
- 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
- Zest of 1 lemon
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce (tamari for gluten free)
- 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon honey
- Thinly sliced green onions (optional, for garnish)
- Nori seaweed sheets (optional, for rolling)

1. Prepare the Citrus Soy Dipping Sauce:
In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, freshly squeezed lemon juice, and honey. Set aside.
2. Lay out a piece of plastic wrap:
Place a piece of plastic wrap on a clean, flat surface. Sprinkle the everything but the bagel seasoning evenly over the plastic wrap.
3. Assemble the Sushi Bites:
If you’re using nori seaweed sheets, lay a sheet of nori on top of the plastic wrap. Otherwise, simply continue with the plastic wrap. Lay the smoked salmon slices on top of the plastic wrap or nori sheet, overlapping slightly to form a sheet of smoked salmon. Spread a thin layer of cream cheese over the smoked salmon. Arrange the avocado slices and julienned cucumber over the cream cheese. Sprinkle the lemon zest over the avocado and cucumber.
4.Roll and Cut:
Using the plastic wrap as a guide, carefully roll the smoked salmon and fillings into a tight cylinder. Twist the ends of the plastic wrap to secure the roll. Place the roll in the refrigerator to chill for about 15-20 minutes, which will make it easier to slice. Once chilled, unwrap the roll and use a sharp knife to slice it into individual sushi bites, about 1 inch (2.5 cm) thick.
5. Arrange the smoked salmon sushi bites on a serving platter. If desired, garnish with thinly sliced green onions. Serve the sushi bites with the prepared citrus soy dipping sauce on the side.
