I am not much of a baker. I really don’t follow measurements well and like to get creative with ingredients but this three ingredient recipe is truly a no fail one. All is takes is ripe bananas, gluten free oats and chocolate chips and you have delicious cookies in no time! These cookies don’t last more than 2 days in my house and that’s fine because they are pretty healthy for you. Added bonus for any breastfeeding mamas out there: oats are a major superfood for breastfeeding! The kids love them and Darin loves them too, so it’s a win win all around.


What you need:

2 ripe bananas

1 3/4 cups of oats (I use Red Mills Gluten Free)

1/2 cup of chocolate chips


Step 1: Mash bananas really well

Step 2: Add in the oats

Step 3: Add chocolate chips

Mix it all up and scoop into balls on a lined baking sheet.


Bake at 350 for 20 minutes or until slightly brown on top.


SO easy and so yummy!
