These cookies don’t last more than 2 days in my house and that’s fine because they are pretty healthy for you. Oats are a major superfood for breastfeeding mamas so I eat a lot of them! Darin loves them too so it’s a win win.
I am not much of a baker. I really don’t follow measurements well and like to get creative with ingredients but this recipe is truly a no fail one.
What you need:
2 ripe bananas
1 3/4 cups of oats (I use Red Mills Gluten Free)
1/2 cup of chocolate chips
Step 1: Mash bananas really well
Step 2: Add in the oats
Step 3: Add chocolate chips
Mix it all up and scoop into balls on a lined baking sheet.
Bake at 350 for 20 minutes or until slightly brown on top.
SO easy and so yummy!
