My recent piece in Soap Opera Digest is on Healthy Living.  I have had a lot of you ask me what I do to stay healthy and active. I thought I would take the time to tell you how I became gluten free and what my typical diet looks like. If you haven’t already, pick up a copy and let me know what you think!

  • Hi Kelly, first of all, I really like reading your blog as I recognize myself in a lot of your posts!
I also have a bad skin (occasional hormonal acne too) and now have to follow a gluten free / dairy free diet and take probiotics for 2 months to (attempt to) solve my ‘irritable bowel syndrom’. I also need to take glutamine and zinc as complement. I like this holistic approach and really hope it will make a difference on both my digesion and my skin! However after these 2 months I will slowly reintroduce gluten in my diet (in much smaller quantities than before though) as I don’t really believe in too strict diet and a small bit of gluten is also beneficial (and I am french and can’t imagine life without bread 🙂 )
Looking forward to reading your future posts!
    Nathalie

    • Hi! Thank you 🙂
Changing your diet like this will change your life! Please let me know how it goes for you!
And of course, I couldn’t imagine giving up bread if I lived in France but I think you may find you don’t even want it anymore. There are so many great gluten free options but my belief system has always been — everything in moderation and nothing extreme. So little here and there is good! xoxox
